"Easter Outreach" - During the Easter holiday, Mo' Manna put together Easter baskets for needy families living at North County Solutions; a non-profit organization that provides transitional housing for needy families.  Visit www.solutionsforchange.org and see how you can also get involved in helping these families in need.

"Operation Gift Bag" - Joining the efforts of Hand-to-Heart, Mo' Manna helped organize and execute "Operation Gift Bag" - an outreach conducted by children from all over San Diego County coming together to help decorate, fill, and distribute 500 gift bags to shelters, senior centers, children's hospitals and disabled children's organization throughout North San Diego County.  For more details, click on Hand-to-Heart News and Events.

"Adopt a Family" Outreach - Mo' Manna organized families in the community to "adopt a family in need." As we gathered together at Christmas time, we were able to have a party, sing Christmas songs, share the birthday story of Jesus, and experience the joy of giving. Families were blessed with gifts, presents for the kids, food and household items. Those families who adopted the families in need enjoyed seeing their hearts filled with joy!

"Bridge of Hope Christmas Outreach - This past December, Bridge of Hope put together a Christmas outreach for many of the needy families in City Heights.  The kids had a "wish list" of what they wanted for Christmas and Mo' Manna fulfilled many of those wishes with presents and gift cards.  For more details, click on Bridge of Hope News and Events.
